We’re known for our delicious, giant cookies (6 oz. or more, some stuffed) and our thick cookie cakes! We also offer delicious, sweet macarons.

Custom cookie lineups are dropped via email and social media every 2-4 weeks and ordering is live for a limited time. Items shown on our General Order Form are always available to order.

We bake everything from scratch per order and do require a minimum 2 or 3-day notice to ensure you get the freshest treats! If you need your order by a certain date, please reach out prior to placing your order so we can confirm that date is available. For larger orders, please plan to provide a minimum 3 to 4-week notice.

about uS

Established in 2021, we operate as a woman-owned small business in Bristol, New York. All homemade cookies are baked fresh per order in our NYS Ag & Markets registered in-home kitchen bakery. We do not have a storefront but you may order through this website for local pickup, local delivery and shipping.

The bases of all our recipes are made with our own farm fresh eggs and non-gmo ingredients. Colors and some of our mixed-in items may contain gmo’s.

GF & DF

We are happy to provide gluten-free and dairy-free requests. We prepare and bake these items with non-gluten and/or non-dairy containing ingredients using separate equipment but are not a gf/df kitchen.

The Baker: I am Nicole. A wife, mom, and Landscape Architect by weekday, baker of cookies on nights and weekends! We live in the Town of Bristol, New York, and all cookies are made fresh from scratch in our home kitchen (registered with NYS Ag & Markets). I love to develop custom cookie creations and I am so excited to share it with all of you!

& The Junior Baker: Hailey is our daughter who loves to cook and bake with her Mom and Dad. And although she won't be helping hands-on with these orders, I am sure she will be behind the scenes whipping up some play food treats!

& Our Right-Hand-Man: What would we do without the man behind the scenes? Tim is the husband, mixer mechanic, flavor tester, cookie delivery expert, and business partner. While Nicole the Baker is making delicious, giant cookies on the weekend, you can find him being daddy extraordinaire!

We provide customized desserts for all of your special events - weddings, birthdays, graduations, bridal and baby showers, personalized favors, sympathy events, and more! We are happy to work with you to develop custom flavors and packaging for our standard cookies, minis, cookie platters, cookie cakes, and macarons. We serve the Finger Lakes and Rochester regions.

The best way to find out more is to reach out! We are a one-woman, in-home kitchen bakery, so the more time you can provide in advance of the event, the better. Thank you for considering us!

Mountain View Cookie Jar made cookie platters for our wedding reception, and everyone was raving about them and asking where we got them! The lemon blueberry cheesecake and snickerdoodle cinnamon cheesecake were the best!!

10/10 would recommend. The cookies are AMAZING! Everyone who tried them at the rehearsal dinner (and after since we had extras) LOVED them. We got the large cookies (below flavors) that were cut into 4's.

Brownie Chocolate Chip, Classic Chocolate Chip, Cookies 'n Cream, Funfetti, Lemon (with white chocolate chips), Peanut Butter Chip, S'mores, Strawberry Shortcake. Cookies 'n Cream was my favorite!!!! Funfetti was a close second! The cookies are not only amazing, but so is Nicole. She's so nice, has great communication, and of course makes these cookies with lots of love!
